Clinics We Offer

Patients with angina, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, chest disease and some kidney problems will be invited for an annual review with a Doctor or Nurse; some patients will need a blood test prior to this. Please bring your medication, including inhalers if used, to your review visit.

The Antenatal Clinic is run by our Midwife at the Surgery on alternate Tuesday mornings. Midwives can also be contacted at Elland Children’s Centre on 01422 373133.

Six weeks after your baby is born we would like to see you for a postnatal check; the Practice will contact you with an appointment.

A well baby clinic is held each Wednesday 10.30am - 12.15pm for immunisations only.

Health Visitor clinics are held at the Children's Centre in Elland every Wednesday 9am - 11am, alternatively you can go to Field Head Children's Centre every Tuesday 1pm - 3pm. (These sessions are for well babies only.)

Doctors and Practice Nurses are able to offer advice on family planning and provide contraceptive care.  Contraception care at the surgery includes the fitting and removal of coils and implants.  Please ask at reception for an appointment to discuss this further.

(e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house

Dr Brennan performs minor surgical procedures, such as removal of small cysts, skin lesions and joint injections. These can be carried out under local anaesthetic at the surgery. This service requires a referral by your clinician.
